Product range
Visual Optical Instruments
Customers can choose from a wide range of different visual optical instruments such as collimators, autocollimators, testing telescopes and dioptometers.
Electronic Autocollimators
The electronic autocollimators of the ELCOMAT® product line allow high-precision angle measurements up to accuracies of 0.01 arc seconds. They are primarily used for the following measuring tasks: minute angle measurement, ultra-precise angle adjustment and calibration, quality assurance of machine tools and their components, assembly automation, angular position monitoring.
Goniometers
The Goniometer of GONIOMAT product line with their semi and fully automatic versions can measure angles, prisms, polygon mirrors, wedges, polarizing beam splitter cubes and roof edges of prism with an accuracy up to 0.4 arc seconds. The patent-pending extension for ground prisms for the GONIOMAT M line is applicable to measure ground prisms with an accuracy better than 10 arc seconds.
Interferometers
The Fizeau-Interferometers of the VI direct product line are ideal to measure the wave front, radius, and flatness of optical surfaces in optical workshops.
Optical Testing Instruments
A variety of optical testing instruments such as motorized collimators for active alignment of automotive camera lenses, the WaveBench for adjustment of cine camera lenses, as well as the SIAM for measurement of secondary image angle of wind shields of vehicles complete our portfolio.
ELCOMAT® 5000
ELCOMAT® 5000 is Möller-Wedel Optical's unique electronic autocollimator that combines highest precision angle measurements with a robust design fit for nearly every environment.
ELCOMAT® 5000 finds it main areas of application in machining, semiconductor industries, optics and photonics manufacturing, calibration laboratories as well as in synchrotron and research facilities.
ELCOMAT® direct N
ELCOMAT® direct N is Möller-Wedel Optical's most versatile electronic autocollimator for high precision angle measurement and angle control.
ELCOMAT® direct N detects up to 10 angles simultaneaously and is available with different focal lengths to be able to always have the best ratio between highest accuracy and required measuring range.
It can easily be integrated into systems via serial communication protocol or even directly via its software development kit.
ELCOMAT® vario N
ELCOMAT® vario N is a user-friendly, computer independent, electronic autocollimator that combines highest precision angle measurements with a robust design fit for nearly every environment.
ELCOMAT® vario N finds it main areas of application in precision machining, semiconductor industries and automation industries.
GONIOMAT product series
The high-precision goniometers of the GONIOMAT product series are indispensable measuring instruments in optics manufacturing and quality control. They enable the angular measurement and inspection of optical prisms, polygon mirrors, wedge plates and angle measures with a measuring accuracy of up to 0.4 arcseconds.
Interferometer
Fizeau Interferometers are essential measurement tools for the production and quality control of optical components and systems. Their applications range from testing the flatness and sphericity of surfaces to measuring radii and testing the performance of optical systems.
